Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The platform is user friendly and intuitive, it's easy to find your way around. The support team replies quickly whenever we need help, they know how to work with both modern and older systems, which had been very helpful. --Great service. Timely responses from the team when I reach out for requests and new opportunities. --Platform easy to navigate. The user interface of ConnectPointz is simple to navigate and understand. --Integration capability. The supporting team can integrate with the retailers I need and have a lot of experience integrating with current and legacy ERPs used by my clients. --Pricing. Pricing is very competitive and usually cheaper than other, more well known integration products and services. Easy to use, self explanatory, very functional, provides instant feedback, layout is very easy to use. Easy to use, really good support from the employees, you get the information really fast, it’s a friendly platform. Cons We would like more supported retailers and merge all systems in one interface. --Keep updating and expanding your list of retailers, ERPs, carriers, 3PLs that you support. --Continue to improve the ConnectPointz experience for users. This includes combining all the aspects of retail management, 3PL and Carrier support into a single visual for clients. There should be more other functions for EDI transmittal. I got confused the first time I used it but after having a support zoom with en employee i understood it!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Potent capabilities for just $20 a month Highly customizable Friendly support Handles orders AND inventory Even though the UI could be better, this is an extremely robust platform for any print on demand integrations and managing your store. I come from an API / fintech background, and their documentation is very good across all of their many integrations. Their support team is very good at helping out if you have questions or providing some of the relevant code. Software does what it says and it just works. Very simple to add integrations for sales channels and warehouse providers. Cons UI is a bit difficult to understand Learning curve Their design isn't great both of their site as well as their backend. That being said, it is an extremely robust platform. Their configurations and rule builders take a little time to understand, but once you get the hang of them they are fine. They also add in pricing per transaction on top of their base fees. I don't love that but can't fault them for wanting to grow with their partners growth given how robust the platform is. I'm ok with it to support their growth. The lack of multi-warehouse inventory sync would be the one service I hope to see addressed in the near future.
