Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Confiant takes the surgical approach whereas so many others go with a blunt object. They try so hard to avoid false positives and false negatives and hone in on the offending issue with laser precision. The end result is we are able to keep as many good impressions as possible - or even recapture that impression that it completely justifies the cost of working with them compared to their competition. Cons Confiant is slightly more expensive then their competition, but our experience has been that "you get what you pay for"
