Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We are using this software for years and seeing the value everyday, saving us time, money, mistakes and effort. We send out dozens of bids to dozens of subs, managing all of it in one place, with statuses and proposals. Once we onboarded no option to go back to emails. The ConWize estimation software has a user-friendly interface and one unified platform for improved worker communication We use this software for managing our bids in execution stage. All the info in the same place including the proposals and budget. Very helpful. Cons We are now transitioning into the execution phase which is a real milestone and takes time to guide all our users. We send out dozens of bids to dozens of subs, managing all of it in one place, with statuses and proposals. Once we onboarded no option to go back to emails. There are a limited number of users allowed on the free plan, the issue was solved by upgrading to the paid plan We still have to set all our notifications within the system so it will send us an alert when to open new bids. It depends on the users, very long assimilation.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Customer service is the best we have ever experienced, immediate response time and a willingness to assist our subcontractors when needed. Building bidders lists and communicating with subcontractors is user friendly, straight forward and fully custom. Sharing documents with outside team members comes in a variety of options, all easy and clear. Pantera continues to grow, building tools that benefit, in particular, the historical data that can be used when building future projects/bidders lists. It's possible to send out ITB's very quickly with minimal set-up. There is a great deal of flexibility in how to create and manage the ITB process. There are several tools to manage the the private contact database. The Pantera team is always quick to assist, and there are many ways the service is customized for our needs. Custom reports are available. Ease of use and support. Cons Maintaining a clean database can be problematic at times. Multiple entries for the same company often register/show as separate records, making it hard for team members to identify who to reach out to. Would also be helpful if we could limit users security permissions to a higher level between "user" and "administrator". Access to public HUB/minority vendor databases could be better/stronger. Regarding the mobile app, there are some functions that can not be accomplished with the app. Not sure.
