	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like that I can manage all my employees and ensure they have access to digital pay stubs on time and correctly. The admin end of Foundation Software is easy to navigate and set up new users as we onboard them. The design of their website is easy to use and support is always available when needed. Cons There should be an Android and iPhone app. Currently, you have to log into the website on your phone through a browser. Password management sometimes can be difficult with a large user group because password changes and management are only done via email invite to the employee on an individual basis.
