The modules are perfectly organized and easy to navigate, ensuring no information is lost; beside, finding everything you need becomes very easy to do. The biggest advantage of VTENEXT is its flexibility and customization capabilities. It allows companies to adapt workflows, automations, and processes to their real operational needs instead of forcing them into rigid standard procedures. We particularly appreciate the workflow automation tools, API integrations, and the ability to centralize sales, support, and operational activities within a single platform. This has helped improve organization, reduce manual work, and increase visibility across different departments. Another strong point is scalability: the platform works well both for small businesses and for more structured organizations with advanced requirements. The support team is also highly competent and collaborative, which is extremely valuable for implementation partners and system integrators. it is a product designed and programmed specifically for the customer It's simple, intuitive, with a support team that's always available Before finding VTENEXT I tried many other more complicated software. The idea of abandoning my project was strong but then I found this great solution and I regained confidence. The program is solid and offers so many possibilities that sometimes I wonder if I will be able to use them all. Cons The processes and their documentation are not user-friendly; support from a VTE team expert is required. The manual is intended for IT experts. No major criticisms, also because any potential issue was either fixed or customized via a Ticket Support. Because VTENEXT is highly flexible and customizable, the initial setup and configuration phase can require time and technical expertise, especially for companies with complex processes or limited internal IT skills. Some advanced configuration areas could be more intuitive for non-technical users, and certain interface sections could benefit from a more modern and simplified user experience. We would also appreciate further development of AI-driven features and additional low-code/no-code tools to make advanced automations even more accessible to business users without technical backgrounds. I have no negative things to report. Any problems I've encountered have always been resolved promptly. It takes some confidence to navigate the settings menus and subs. A fresh new graphical interface could make your work even more enjoyable.
