Pros

• Email management is criminally underrated in businesses, and programs like Cloudfiler really show that businesses can easily improve their efficiency, organisation and communication by simply utilising Cloudfiler. In my engineering capacity, it is considered an essential tool in ensuring accuracy and ensuring everybody has access to the same information. Having used Cloudfiler for a while now, I struggle to think of how I would complete tasks without it. It's incredibly easy to use, and incredibly powerful in the sense that you have all of your company's emails at your disposal. The set up is very flexible and can cater to your own needs in terms of security, accessibility, availability. It's great at ensuring that in your daily workflow nothing has "slipped through the cracks" is worth every penny. My company had moved from Mail Manager to Cloudfiler due to the exorbitant fees, and have been very impressed that Cloudfiler can deliver the same functionality but with (in my experience) a better customer service and tech-support experience.
• The transition from our previous software, made at very short notice on our part, was incredibly smooth. They worked exceptionally hard to ensure everything was completed within the small window available, making the migration both quick and straightforward. Communication and support throughout the process were excellent. We’ve now been using the software for a few months and, although we are still learning, the team has consistently been available for technical advice and aftercare support. We are very happy with the software and how well it is performing within our system to date. We look forward to future updates, which we believe will only enhance what is already a very useful mail filing solution.
• Costs are cheap compared to competitors, product is lightweight and can use on all devices including Mobile Phones. Also, the have an extremely responsive support/development team.
• Very fast and practical. Is very visual which makes it easier. Also it reminds you to file the sent emails which is great!
• I like the ease of use and how much time I save. The cost is one of the main reasons we decided to go with CloudFiler, no regrets! Customer support is also excellent!
• Ease to use, Outlook add-in compatible with old and new OWA. Cloud based, automatic rollout to users.
• Very responsive technical team when we were setting up and had the odd bug. Does the job and easy to use. Like seeing whether someone else has filed the same email.
• The filing location set up is very convenient as once it is set up the locations are saved so if you change machines you do not need to re-map all the filing locations again as they are already set up. The search function is easy to use and it is easy to move emails if they need to be filed somewhere else. The electronic back up is also a good feature and very useful if an email gets deleted, it's easy to retrieve and file in the in house system.
• We switched from a competitor's product to CloudFiler for 2 main reasons. Firstly, CloudFiler has a much better vision with the product. We added some MAC users to the network and our previous solution did not have a MAC version. Secondly, CloudFiler costs much less and provides most if not all the features and capabilities and more.
• Ease of operation. A simple and effective solution to daily email management. Could not live without this!
