Simple Queue is a virtual waiting room system designed to manage website overload during extreme end-user peaks. It fully coexists with CDNs and works with native mobile apps. By adding Simple Queue to your website, end-users exceeding your website capacity limits are ushered to the queue system. As capacity opens up, Simple Queue redirects the end-users who waited in line back to your website in the correct, sequential order and pace. You are in full control of all internal operations, including end-user inflow, volume, and pace. Everything is easily set up and managed in the browser-based self-service console, with no changes to your backend systems.
