Is using RosarioSIS since 2012 as https://sims.gaitf.com for the beneficiaries of the Foundation for its students wherein 98% are Foundation scholars with zero billing and having RosarioSIS gives us worry free on cost to maintain databases of our students as beneficiaries for our educational scholarship program RosarioSIS has been easy to use and reliable for managing student information. I especially like its intuitive interface, customizable features, and the fact that it's open-source, which provides flexibility without expensive licensing costs. It has helped streamline attendance, grading, scheduling, and reporting, making day-to-day administrative tasks more efficient. RosarioSIS provides a complete set of tools needed to manage school operations in one place. As an administrator, I find it very useful for handling student records, attendance, grading, and scheduling without relying on multiple systems. The open-source nature is a major advantage, as it allows customization based on our institution’s needs. Replies to all our needs. Amazing customer service. Flexibility: Rosariosis even developed modules to suit our specific needs I’d like to give a special shoutout to the RosarioSIS team for their ongoing development and support. They regularly update and improve the platform, showing real dedication to keeping it up-to-date with new needs and the latest technology. Whenever I’ve had questions or run into issues, their support team has been quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. This really builds trust in the system and shows how committed they are to making sure customers are satisfied. Cons From the start we have problem with database issue but thanks to RosarioSIS on its regular update that addresses and resolve the issues. Our remaining corner is locking secuirty features for our students and teachers to login in as it only relying on password and no 2FA Authentication so far or Google authenticator feature. One downside is that the interface feels a bit dated compared to newer platforms, and some features require a learning curve to configure properly. The documentation could also be more comprehensive, especially for advanced customization and integrations. While it offers a lot of flexibility, initial setup and ongoing administration can take more technical effort than some cloud-based alternatives. The setup process can be challenging, especially without technical support. It is not a plug-and-play system, so initial configuration takes time. It may require some staff training to get comfortable using it. Due to our specific organisation (private programme integrated in a French public school), it took a little bit of time to set up the system Some users have mentioned that a few features or processes can be a little confusing at first. This could be improved with clearer instructions or a more intuitive layout. Making navigation simpler and more straightforward would help users find what they need faster—saving time and cutting down on unnecessary frustration.
