Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • When we first signed up they were using a Whitelabel version of regroup mass notifications. This was not known to us until they switched to a different platform and that's when everything went south.

Cons

  • The new platform they were using was a barebones version of what we once had. It was basically useless. Their support was nonexistent. In fact, you called the support number and got a generic message that would hang up. You couldn't even leave a message. Emails were returned stating the email address did not exist. The sales team lied to us multiple times throughout the process. They were reluctant to let us out until we threatened legal action.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • We didn’t use it in production, so limited evaluation. Initial onboarding calls were responsive though largely unnecessary in our use-case.

Cons

  • Name similarity caused purchasing confusion; verify vendor names before buying. Refund or refund-minus-services was declined after we halted deployment and requested itemization of “engineering time.” Onboarding leaned on vendor-led sessions rather than self-serve docs/videos, which would have sufficed in my opinion. UI felt dated and harder to operate than alternatives we evaluated.
