Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cyrus inside helps in scheduling meeting as well as tracking emails. Seamlessly integrates with Salesforce. Automatic sales routine. Synchronises all data with Google calendar and Salesforce. Schedule conferences and events. Save lots of time and energy. I was able to to quickly identify prospects in Gmail through the CRM integration. This allowed me to streamline my outreach process and attack the day in an organized manner. Cirrus Insight has been a huge tool for us to get our sales team working as efficiently and effectively as possible. It's extremely easy to get set up and starting using it. It's also easy to onboard and train new salespeople on how to use it. It's also great that it lets you leverage Salesforce very effectively without even having to log in to Salesforce, instead just using it directly in your email account like Gmail. Cons Very efficient software. Synchronising part is awesome. No dislikes. Interface was a little tricky, however, ended up being able to navigate it after becoming familiar. Every once in a while if someone has a weird Chrome extension installed, then it might hit a snag. Very rare though.
