Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Continuous integration, continuous delivery. Highly Customizable Excellent insight via endpoints Multiple integration options Available across platforms and on cloud Free tier available Extensive documentation Cons Occasional connectivity issues with cloud resources and build failure due to it's own internal system setup and environment. That costs us credits. Support engineers do not thoroughly read and understand issues when email them and reply me with totally different context about the problem. Just yesterday, my web applications fail to `yarn build` after I downgrade the resource class from xlarge to large. Contacted support but no reply. Billing is a mess and nightmare! There are duplicate information in the bill downloaded from their website and when I asked for consolidated bill, they just answer don't have it. There is no transparency on how many build minutes and credits I spent each day both on their website and the monthly bill which make it difficult to understand when the monthly bill contains many refill item charges. It is difficult or impossible to track usage and burndown of my subscription and total outstanding refill amounts on a daily basis. Their website INFO doesn't provide sufficient information on credits allocated / calculated for my xlarge resource class. Beware of sky-roketting bills as CircleCI does NOT provide transparency in how they charge refills and their monthly billing statement is almost unreadable and their online dashboard doesn't provide details on how your subscription burns down and how much is carried forward to the next billing cycle! Setup requires a lot of yaml configurations - not beginner friendly. Pricing can be reduced for premium plans.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros * The tool is easily customisable to adapt to different stack requirement. * Lots of available templates to start from. * Whenever there is breaking changes due to library upgrade or terraform new releases, the team contact us beforehand to ensure we are ready and where required, they give patches. Cycloid has started its entry into this field at Orange Cloud for Business with support and coaching on our DEVOPS methodologies. Far from imposing themselves, they were able to guide us and offer us suitable solutions. We chose them to deploy some of our customers and their speed of development and expertise enabled us to meet our operational constraints. Some developments requested specifically for our company were delivered on time and in compliance with the specifications. The support is really useful. It is exactly what we wanted in terms of functionality. It wasn't really easy at first but the support really helped us to understand quickly how it works. Cons There is no cons i can think of with the product or the team. Cycloid is a rapidly expanding company. They still have some way to go to make their product fully multi-cloud. They are on the right track and I encourage them to keep it up. The step-by-step installation documentation for on-site configuration is not perfect but I'm sure they will update it as I pointed out what was not clear.
