		Pros from Real Users Pros The mobile app is simple and intuitive tool that is very easy to navigate and find exactly what you need. The ability to use thumbprint for identity verification is a big plus as most large company apps are using the same approach. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. It's easy to get help from them, and you can usually get someone on the phone in about a minute or less. They have many great features of their products, and they are constantly pushing to be the best product. Helpful in the sense that a lot of information is right at your fingertips. It is great when managing a large company and their employees demographic and information. I love how easy it is to clock in and out and keep track of my hours with the time sheet feature. It also has an app. Paylocity helps in engagement benefits payroll human resources workforce management. Provides compliance updates. Easily manage payroll and HR. Navigation is quite simple.
