I like the features of inserting questionnaires and their programming. Scheduling organization and possibility of handling visits. Effective and complete product features. Kind, skilled and fast Technical Support. Stability. On line and on site Training. The software is the easiest to use for an average user compared to other solutions we have used in the past. The support is immediate and highly effective and we are never let down, we always find solutions that work and we find it fast. We feel like we are partners rather than just using a software. - lot of features for administrators and also for users - everything possible to export to excel and other file types - working 24 hours per day - great online support - one person online as much as possible, other support team ahead Cons Not very easy to use. Need to add some icons instated of text for the option to make it easier. Design is unintuitive and there are menus that could be sequences to avoid using multiple menus to the ultimate goal. The creation of a dashboard for the end customer is difficult to configure, unappealing and with a design that is unappealing and undynamic. I sometimes miss a user guide to support me step by step in the less frequent operations: no problem in the day by day operations, but when I have to deal with dashboard creation or users creations I always have some troubles in finding my way! Pricing is higher than competition but in terms of value for money Checker's is better. - sometimes there are some bugs and enological settings	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I can use it to create surveys, forms, and even invitations. The website is clean, professional, and easy to use. Customer service is prompt, efficient and also willing to take a novice through the learning curve. I find the customer service excellent, even showing me ways to work in Excel to get the results I need. Based on customer service alone I would highly recommend SurveyOL to anyone looking for a survey platform. It is extremely easy to use to establish and survey, post or email it - very intuitive. Very willing to listen to customer feedback on enhancements and work them into update releases. I have found that the development team is regularly looking at ways to improve their customers' experience. I was asked by management to quickly create and send a satisfaction survey to our customer base. SurveyOL made the task incredibly easy and the survey was sent--with management's blessing--within 24 hours. The subsequent response have been beneficial to my company and I'm now the "go to" person for marketing surveys! I like the custom email invitation feature. This allows me to insert my client's first name, last name and custom fields into my invitation email template. This makes it easy to distribute my surveys. Cons I am not sure. I would like to have more time to explore their features. Initially I found it difficult to run a print copy of the survey but this has since been resolved. There is not yet a method to sort the logic listing in either page or question order. Currently it appears in the entry order which if you have to go back and look at a logic statement can be time consuming. Would like a way to preview a page that you are working on as opposed to having to run through the survey until you get to that question. It is the same if you want to check how logic is working in a question you have have to preview the entire survey up to the point you arrive at the question. None that I could find. I had no issues with the website. This website offers a 7-day free trial, but it doesn't seem to offer "free forever" plans.
