Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The Customer support Team is professional and answers fast to the questions. Happy to use Channable. They really helped me with some technical challenges. They went above and beyond in researching the issue and looking for solution. Very easy to view feed data & changes. Extremely flexible rules that allow you to accomplish your goals. Makes listing management easy by integrating with major shopping channels. Automates product data feeds, inventory updates, order imports etc. Orlando was absolutely phenomenal! He made my day I am so happy for all the road blocks he help to clear with my set up! Cons Don't have it at the moment. There is always room for improvement. Good product to use. 100 characters The tool is just challenging to use at the beginning, but due to the good support that is not an issue. Can not filter searches with IF logic. For example, if I search "top" and the description of a shoe has top in it that product will show in my search. This is not a big deal though. Functionalities are quite limited for the price. Lack of flexibility to customize feeds & workflows. Can be overwhelming and reading through all those help articles.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the automated content enrichment feature that PIMworks provides. Also, the knowledge base is very much detailed. PIMworks is very helpful for us to manage and maintain all our catalog information in a centralized repository. PIMworks provides product information management and also data management options which is very useful for us to maintain catalog information and data. The workflow management capabilities offered by PIMworks is by far my favorite feature of PIMworks. Also, the task management is nice. PIMworks is a very handy PIM platform with lot of core capabilities. The attention to detail with the features is very impressive. Cons I do not like the pricing of the software as I find it a bit steep. I do not have any significant cons about using PIMworks. All the features of PIMworks are very good and I do not have any complaints. The over the air patch updates takes longer to download. I do not have any major concerns with my usage of PIMworks.
