Users enter the change details and reason, priced line items, and schedule impact; the form calculates the change amount and revised contract total. The completed form can be printed or saved as a PDF for the client to sign. A blank change-order log is also available as a CSV for tracking job extras in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
