Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I’ve been using Canva for over three years and it’s honestly one of the easiest design tools I’ve ever used. The drag-and-drop feature saves so much time and there are thousands of ready made templates for every need social posts, resumes, presentations, and more. Even if you don’t know design, you can make something professional in minutes. I also like that Canva keeps updating new features like Magic Resize and Background Remover. It’s super helpful for quick projects and client work. Even with the free plan you still have access to a lot of good quality features. The templates are diverse and easy to customize, the interface is intuitive, there are plenty of design element to work with. I use it for presentations. Canva makes everything easier, from creating documents to designing vibrant slides! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and their library is impressively complete, even with the free version. It’s amazing to have everything you need in one place, whether you're designing for work, school, or social media. The accessibility of Canva at its platform allows beginners to use the numerous free templates. With this tool I can create posters and thumbnails together with Instagram posts and presentations within a short period of time. The drag-and-drop interface of this platform teaches people without any design background to make professional content. I love how easy Canva is to use! Tons of templates, great for social media, presentations, anything. Drag-and-drop is a game-changer. Huge library of photos and graphics. Makes me feel like a designer even when I'm not Cons Sometimes Canva feels a bit slow when working on large designs, especially with many elements or animations. A few premium templates and features are locked behind the Pro plan, which can be frustrating for free users. Also, offline editing isn’t available, so you always need an internet connection. Some premium features and assets are locked behind the paid plans, and occasionally the platform can lag a bit with complex projects. I wish there were more variety in the free image selection. Sometimes it feels a bit limited. Basic features of the Pro version from Canva remain unavailable in its free version. Sloppy mobile device users encounter brief execution delays when working with this software. Sometimes the free stock images aren't quite what I need. And some of the advanced features are only in the paid version.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Fake customer service, to trials, no refunds. App doesn't enhance your videos - it makes it look like a cheap cartoon. Do not need to download software to enhance videos therefore do not take up precious PC space. Easy to use tools, the video enhancer works well on human faces especially. Low price of a monthly subscription but you can't cancel it later and there is no contact with support. They are very good at advertising their product which is actually hopeless. N/A. Cons Nothing. App doesn't enhance your videos - it makes it look like a cheap cartoon. The customer service replied in one week with copy-paste nonsense. I have bought many credits from Vmake to enhance my old films. I was left with 268 credits on 13 April 2024. But on 14 April, I realized I was only left with 3 credits! I am very sure I did not anyhow use these 268 credits as I saved them to enhance my future films. Until now, the customer service has not got back to me. They do NOT care about their customers! These credits are not cheap. It's scary that the credits just vanish out of thin air! Do not believe Vmake when they said your credits can rollover. Its a risk not worthy of! I feel scammed. No contact with support. It's been 7 days since I purchased the subscription and I still haven't received 20 credits. The quality of the AI Video Enhancer service is terrible. It is not possible to cancel the subscription. There is no information anywhere on how to do this and there is no link to a page where you can cancel your subscription. I'm starting to feel like a person attacked by internet scammers. I paid for a service that was not provided to me. In two weeks my credit card will be rebilled again. The only solution is to contact the bank and block this card. I registered myself and and got the free credits that they are giving. then I wanted to try out the website by uploading a video to enhance it. On the site its written to download you need 2 credits. But the download button is not active. I bought 5 more credits and still couldn't download the video. I contacted the support and called but nobody is helping.
