Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I’ve been using Canva for over three years and it’s honestly one of the easiest design tools I’ve ever used. The drag-and-drop feature saves so much time and there are thousands of ready made templates for every need social posts, resumes, presentations, and more. Even if you don’t know design, you can make something professional in minutes. I also like that Canva keeps updating new features like Magic Resize and Background Remover. It’s super helpful for quick projects and client work. Even with the free plan you still have access to a lot of good quality features. The templates are diverse and easy to customize, the interface is intuitive, there are plenty of design element to work with. I use it for presentations. Canva makes everything easier, from creating documents to designing vibrant slides! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and their library is impressively complete, even with the free version. It’s amazing to have everything you need in one place, whether you're designing for work, school, or social media. The accessibility of Canva at its platform allows beginners to use the numerous free templates. With this tool I can create posters and thumbnails together with Instagram posts and presentations within a short period of time. The drag-and-drop interface of this platform teaches people without any design background to make professional content. I love how easy Canva is to use! Tons of templates, great for social media, presentations, anything. Drag-and-drop is a game-changer. Huge library of photos and graphics. Makes me feel like a designer even when I'm not Cons Sometimes Canva feels a bit slow when working on large designs, especially with many elements or animations. A few premium templates and features are locked behind the Pro plan, which can be frustrating for free users. Also, offline editing isn’t available, so you always need an internet connection. Some premium features and assets are locked behind the paid plans, and occasionally the platform can lag a bit with complex projects. I wish there were more variety in the free image selection. Sometimes it feels a bit limited. Basic features of the Pro version from Canva remain unavailable in its free version. Sloppy mobile device users encounter brief execution delays when working with this software. Sometimes the free stock images aren't quite what I need. And some of the advanced features are only in the paid version.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros People can see the issues. After realizing that the product was not for us because we are too small of a company the team at Issuu responded immediately and took care of my concerns. Customer service person Karen resolved the Issue given after a few attempts previously, the communication on e mail was good and kept me informed all the way during the process, the customer service advisor knew what the issue was and resolved it efficiently. Karen answered my question promptly and clearly. I was then able to create the links as I wanted to. It seamlessly integrated with my Squarespace account, which made my website look very clean and professional! Cons Cannot actulaly spek to a person when there is an issue. just emails back and forth. Clients have not been able to purchase issues. No one can tell me why. Too many ads with my link for anything less than premium. No cons to this issue on the item in question. Nothing. I wanted to solve the problem and was able to do that quickly. I did not have any issues with this platform, besides the price tag. But for someone that needs written articles integrated on to Squarespace, it is definitely worth it.
