Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I’ve been using Canva for over three years and it’s honestly one of the easiest design tools I’ve ever used. The drag-and-drop feature saves so much time and there are thousands of ready made templates for every need social posts, resumes, presentations, and more. Even if you don’t know design, you can make something professional in minutes. I also like that Canva keeps updating new features like Magic Resize and Background Remover. It’s super helpful for quick projects and client work. Even with the free plan you still have access to a lot of good quality features. The templates are diverse and easy to customize, the interface is intuitive, there are plenty of design element to work with. I use it for presentations. Canva makes everything easier, from creating documents to designing vibrant slides! The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and their library is impressively complete, even with the free version. It’s amazing to have everything you need in one place, whether you're designing for work, school, or social media. The accessibility of Canva at its platform allows beginners to use the numerous free templates. With this tool I can create posters and thumbnails together with Instagram posts and presentations within a short period of time. The drag-and-drop interface of this platform teaches people without any design background to make professional content. I love how easy Canva is to use! Tons of templates, great for social media, presentations, anything. Drag-and-drop is a game-changer. Huge library of photos and graphics. Makes me feel like a designer even when I'm not Cons Sometimes Canva feels a bit slow when working on large designs, especially with many elements or animations. A few premium templates and features are locked behind the Pro plan, which can be frustrating for free users. Also, offline editing isn’t available, so you always need an internet connection. Some premium features and assets are locked behind the paid plans, and occasionally the platform can lag a bit with complex projects. I wish there were more variety in the free image selection. Sometimes it feels a bit limited. Basic features of the Pro version from Canva remain unavailable in its free version. Sloppy mobile device users encounter brief execution delays when working with this software. Sometimes the free stock images aren't quite what I need. And some of the advanced features are only in the paid version.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It does seem to be very versatile, however, the billing glitch and subsequent customer service, or lack of, more than make this a very undesirable product. Compared to the single-digit templates of other software, EdrawMax has a large number of templates for me to choose from. As a programming teacher, these templates have saved me a lot of time and energy and helped me win many awards. I love EdrawMax so much! I would recommend it to all my colleagues! Having used EdrawMax for so long to do mind mapping, for a business professional, the biggest advantage found is the meeting presentation function, usually in the meeting, to report a large amount of data, but EdrawMax can make data simplified and easy to understand by creating visually appealing presentations, enhance communication and convey complex ideas in a clear and engaging way, and facilitate interactive discussions in meetings. Its powerful visual framework enables decision-makers to quickly and effectively identify actionable solutions, break down complex problems, identify root causes, explore solutions, and track progress towards resolution. 1. Not true. 10 minutes after I installed software, tried to print a simple document-was prompted to pay $99 in order to print. At this point, they had me-I paid so that I could print. The kicker is-When I tried to print again, It prompted me for payment again. Thinking the first payment failed I ok'd the next payment. Come to find out, this time they charged me $245! And what's even better-I still could not print!! System prompted me for another payment! I immediately Uninstaller and reached out to customer service and have gotten the same one-around response that others here describe. Sadly, the app doesn't work on phones or tablets at the moment, and I had to turn on my computer for it when I used the tablet for work, which was quite a hassle. At the same time, EdrawMax often appears after the problem of saving failure, which makes me very angry. Not working with online education platforms has left many educators and students missing out on the way to use this mind map, and for educators and students, with the support of EdrawMax, their educational work and studies are more effective with half the effort. 1. Price: The cost of EdrawMax might be a barrier for some, especially for individuals or small businesses with a tight budget. There are free versions available, but they come with limitations, such as watermarks on the output. 2. Performance Issues: Some users have reported performance issues such as slow loading times or crashes, particularly when working with large or complex diagrams. 3.Lacking Advanced Features: For some professional users, EdrawMax may lack certain advanced features that are available in more specialized diagramming tools.
