Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I tested the CallBack HVAC workflow as a beta tester. The missed-call text-back idea was easy to understand, and I can see how it would help an HVAC business follow up faster when calls are missed. The setup and dashboard were clear from what I reviewed. Cons I did not identify any significant drawbacks during testing. However, because I reviewed the workflow as a beta tester, I was not able to evaluate long-term performance, customer response rates, or how the system handles unusual situations. Additional real-world usage data would help demonstrate its overall effectiveness.
