This innovative solution enables multiple workgroups to utilise shared equipment in a time-efficient manner, while ensuring the lab space is optimally allocated to specific groups. Scheduled room occupancy is shared and accessible for viewing at any time and from any location, facilitating convenient lab booking management. Centralised platform Improved efficiency Enhanced collaboration Real-time availability & reporting User-friendly interface Strong customer support 24/7 access from any computer to plan and assure needed equipment will be available. Every students or lab personnel know when equipment is available. No more losing an experiment because the plate had to sit too long before being read... Awesome customer service! Easy to add new users. their roles and new instruments. New students learnt it very quickly. Really nice overview of the user current and future bookings. As an administrator, very nice overview of students booking and possibility to cancel them and/or book it for different time slot if there is a clash This is a fantastic product that is easy to use and manage. The support team has consistently been prompt, helpful, and timely. Highly recommended! Cons Following a year of using the software, we are pleased to report that our experience of working with Clustermarket has been satisfactory. I am genuinely struggling to think of any, though would love a dark mode! A little tricky to learn to use but then it is so helpful Booking range is 15 min, could be more flexible. Ideally it would be free of charge None. I don't have any concerns or problems with the product or the service.		Pros from Real Users Pros easy to use, with not too many features that it becomes confusing to use, seems to be constantly updated. Maintainly has a very simple setup process. Layout and navigation is very intuitive. Seeing tasks and completing work for the users is straightforward and not cumbersome in any way. While remaining simple to use, it still has loads of built in customization and automation options to build robust processes and workflows. As a very small company, we were looking for ease of use for the end user, simplicity and speed in getting setup to start utilizing, and a price point that was not prohibitive to our company's size and needs - and that's what we got with Maintainly. Once everything is inputed , it is a quick and easy app. Easy to create reports monthly. easy to go back and see the work done. Love the option for tags and pictures. Works perfectly with our small company. I like the ease of creating tasks and how easy it is to add checklists. The reports are easy to use and once it is in excel the columns can be modified or deleted to suit your particular needs.
