Centralised platform Improved efficiency Enhanced collaboration Real-time availability & reporting User-friendly interface Strong customer support 24/7 access from any computer to plan and assure needed equipment will be available. Every students or lab personnel know when equipment is available. No more losing an experiment because the plate had to sit too long before being read... Awesome customer service! Easy to add new users. their roles and new instruments. New students learnt it very quickly. Really nice overview of the user current and future bookings. As an administrator, very nice overview of students booking and possibility to cancel them and/or book it for different time slot if there is a clash This is a fantastic product that is easy to use and manage. The support team has consistently been prompt, helpful, and timely. Highly recommended! Cons Following a year of using the software, we are pleased to report that our experience of working with Clustermarket has been satisfactory. I am genuinely struggling to think of any, though would love a dark mode! A little tricky to learn to use but then it is so helpful Booking range is 15 min, could be more flexible. Ideally it would be free of charge None. I don't have any concerns or problems with the product or the service.
