Thanks team to make it so great Been using it for a while and can say this is fast and easy to setup and also have all the features that I require to start my therapy sessions. Cal ID makes scheduling straightforward and practical. The setup is quick, the booking pages look clean, and calendar syncing works well for day-to-day use. I especially like that the core features are genuinely free, including multiple event types and team scheduling, which is rare compared to similar tools. It eliminates back-and-forth emails and works well for client calls, internal meetings, and basic team coordination without unnecessary complexity. and quick support over chat with live meeting also Cons So far, didn’t find anything which I didn’t like. Newer, less established platform - As a relatively new entrant competing against established players like Calendly, it may have a smaller user base and potentially fewer third-party integrations or community resources available. Limited track record - Being a newer service means there's less long-term data on reliability, ongoing development, and whether the free model is sustainable, which could raise questions about future pricing or feature changes. Potential feature maturity - While it offers many features, some advanced capabilities or refinements that come with more mature platforms may still be in development or less polished compared to competitors that have had years to optimize their user experience. it's too great, when you use it you will fall in love with it. so if you wanna fall in love with its feature go man and use it. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very clever system but also easy to use and user friendly. Allowed me to customise in order to be better suited for client communications Once it's set up, very easy to use. LOVE that it synch with my calendar and has the option to add payment - haven't used that yet, but probably will in the future. Session reminder email are excellent too. Easy to use, I love the ease to migrate it into my website and it's built in integration with Zoom. Reminding my clients of upcoming appointments has saved me so much time and $. All the features that SMBs need. Continued developement & support Cons Would be great if recurring clients could use the same zoom call ID as initially set up on their first booking. I just had a few clients who were a bit overwhelmed with a new zoom call link for each booking. The design doesn't seem very aesthetically pleasing for me.. lol! Minor point. Cons: None so far. It does everything we need it to do and more. Wish I could book a class and add clients to it that goes for 6 weeks with automatic reminders for all clients in it. You can do this with individual sessions but not group sessions. Nothing. There is nothing that I don't like about it.
