Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The Cahoot team has been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. They have taken the time to explain their platform and fulfillment network clearly and have been very helpful in answering questions. Their approach feels organized and well thought out. Cahoot has been great to work with throughout our partnership process. Their team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. As a 3PL operator, I especially appreciate that they understand the operational side of fulfillment and have been willing to work through the details with us rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Their warehouse team handled inventory professionally, and orders were picked, packed, and shipped efficiently. We found their fulfillment process to be reliable and consistent, which helped us deliver a good experience to our customers. The Cahoot team was responsive and helpful throughout both inbound and outbound fulfillment operations. Communication during operational questions and logistics coordination was generally strong, and the team stayed engaged during more complex situations. We also appreciated the support during inventory consolidation and shipment coordination near the end of our project. Excellent company. Cons I haven't had any negative experience with Cahoot. Their team has been helpful the entire process. There honestly hasn’t been anything significant that I would consider a negative so far. Like any new partnership, there are onboarding requirements and operational details to work through, but the Cahoot team has been responsive whenever questions have come up. We have to pay weekly the invoices through ACH. Credit card not accepted. Like many fulfillment platforms, onboarding and operational coordination can take time depending on the complexity of the setup and business needs. Some workflows required ongoing communication between teams to keep everything aligned. N/A.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ease of using their system, form the up front training to questions/help on line. As a smaller publisher, I like the fact that they notify me when orders have been placed. The interface is very easy to use. Even the "technology challenged" will not have an issue using it. I love the fact that I can invoice my clients directly through Foundry, and payment is received within a couple of days. I do not have to deal with paperwork or the postal system. Anytime I have a question it is promptly answered and I am made to feel that I am their most important client at that time. Problems are fixed promptly and accurately the first time. The staff is always friendly and professional. TrueCommerce is easy to use, easy to learn and the support is great. You can submit a question online or call for immediate assistance. I have been using this platform for years. The more experience I have, the more I get to know it; plus the agents let you know what they are doing so a lot of the time you can fix things on your end with updates to accounting platforms and integration etc. Very user friendly. I am not great with computers but even I can manage this. Everything is at your fingertips. You don't have to go searching for everything. Cons None at this time. Sometimes when asking questions I have to dive in deep to find my answers. We don't have any. Everything always works as it should. I don't have anything negative to say, I like all aspects of the company. I still would like to see the ship date in an inbox column. Would be way easier instead of printing every PO. Nothing comes to mind as being a problem. I like all the stuff.
