	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros You can have all of your documents in one area which makes it nice if a teammate is asking where to find something you can always refer back to one platform. - UI and UX --> nice fonts and organization, easy to navigate even for people with a traditional mindset - Customer Support & Responsiveness --> easy to talk with the team no matter what role they are covering. That's an invaluable asset in a time where most of the people covering management roles think they are too important to be bothered. Cons To me, it is like Google Drive, but harder to navigate and use. - iOS Mobile App not at the level of the web browser on desktop --> it makes sense to privilege desktop cause that's where you wanna do the most on your knowledge base, nonetheless it'd be a great plus to have a proper app with all functionalities.
