HeavyJob allows your foremen to fill out digital time cards using a laptop or mobile device in the field, and send those time cards directly to the office, eliminating unnecessary paperwork and double entry. The foremen entry time is reduced by pre-filling time cards with crew and equipment information, and there are tools to help track diary entries, daily deliveries and delays, and even weather. But HeavyJob is more than just time cards. The job costing software lets your project managers analyze daily costs and production quantities in real-time and compare them against the budget and schedule. This allows you to know whether a job is making or losing money and make adjustments as needed, instead of waiting until the end of the job to find out if it was profitable. HeavyJob has PC and mobile options for project managers and supervisors in the office and for crew leaders in the field, with both Apple iOS and Android operating system compatibility for mobile devices.
