Pros from Real Users Pros i like the fact you can upload your building plans directly & scale them , measure walls or floors right on your screen to get quick, accurate material counts & then turn a won estimate into a live project calendar & build Gantt charts, generate purchase orders & work orders for your subcontractors Integrates well with other programs. The Support is very good, I get answers within minutes. Well-rounded program, suits me well as a small builder. I can track my jobs in live time, labor hours through the buildxact onsite app are easily tracked to labor costings Extremely time saving, easy to use, basic but detailed enough for building. Great for sending off quotes to clients. Great for ordering with suppliers and for work orders for sub-contractors. Buildxact is user friendly, does everything from quoting, job management, ordering, accounting to timesheets.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The pre-purchase process was successful, the product was well-sold, and I even bought the training course associated with it, which should normally be included. Cons The software is impossible to use despite having purchased it. I've never been able to complete a single project with it: the interface is complex, there's no effective support, and no solutions have been offered despite my requests. I reported my inability to use the software from the outset, but support refused any refund and continues to demand payment for a new subscription even though the service has never been usable. A formal notice has been sent, and a complaint has been filed with the DGCCRF (French Directorate General for Competition Policy, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Control). I'm sharing this review to inform professionals before they purchase.
