Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Subcontractor database is very responsive. The sales team and customer service given is excellent. There was an issue and the Director of Sales jumped on it right away and got a resolution that was acceptable for all parties. It allows to search by zip code based on x amount of radius miles and it can be easy to use depending on the size of the job. It also allows you to load as many subs that you can locate. Cons Currently there is a limited selection of packages, options and pricing tiers. Some of the companies that it finds are sometimes suppliers and not subcontractors. You still have to sort though the populated fields. To difficult to manually add an external subs to your list in order to help keep and track all calls and emails together. Does not allow you to edit your side notes Does not let you know if an email address is good or not.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The cost estimation, scheduling and easy project collaboration this product is perfect. Reliable on activities tracking and resources management and the ability to create reports the tool is amazing. Everything you need is all in one place and can be distributed from within the program. The plans as uploaded and the newest set/pages are always what you see first which is great whenever there are any changes. Cons No issues found and the first learning is easy and no much technical help required. Nothing that I can think of. I have not used any of the financial features.
