Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros 1. Everything related to construction is available on one platform. Hence information is handy. 2. Can give access as per the roles. 3. Accessibility made easy. 4. Quite easy to use. Tracking seems to be very user friendly. Most of the difficulties of a QS has been well taken care by this software apart from below (CONS). A software created by the people who know the industry. Most of the construction industries problem are addressed. Affordable to midsize firms. very good service support. Cons 1. Major reports like Purchase Register is not available where we can see each and every details of transactions. 2. Internet explorer and its settings are mandatory. Should be available for direct use on browser like google chrome, Mozilla etc. 3. Often unable to print or view report instead of correct settings. 4. Subcontractor invoice format is complicated to understand. 5. Interface could be more user friendly. 6. "Screen zoom level" error pops up every time after login. 7. IOS compatibility is the major issue. 8. Sometimes difficulty in downloading reports. 9. Exporting reports to excel is also a problem. 1) Noticed precision errors.For eg: At times when qtys are with recurring decimals work done amounts differs the work done amount carried from candy. 2) Exceeded qtys are not entertained.Practically variations cant be floated for any slight increase in qtys as against booked in the contract. The workspace is more text driven than graphic. Reports are not yet visual data and complicated for further processing. still not chrome compatible and mobile access also not well setup. Lack of a well developed mobile application.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the no-nonsense command-line interface. PAYE and connection to HMRC is an incredible feature to have. I love that I can set it up on my own servers. It works very well. Stansoft is an excellent accounting software that addresses the needs of small businesses. It has lot of functionality but as a user based in UK, I've only used only VAT MTD and HMRC PAYE modules. * Extremley lightweight * Double entry accounting * G/L * Sales/AP/AR/Invoice generation * Up to date with UK Tax rules * Easy setup / clear documentation / video tutorials Runs in a Unix terminal. The features aren't hidden or obscured behind menu after menu. Reports are plain, easy to print or export into usable data. The support we have received for any issue/lack of knowledge has always been fantastic. HMRC approved for Vat and Paye submissions. Terminal based and accessible via ssh from anywhere in the world. Super fast. Multiple user logins unlimited. Easy layout of Menu's. Easy to understand. Great customer support if needed for a small fee. The manual is easy to read. Cons There's a lot of features. I only need it as a UK business, it would be cool if I could set it to a mode that would hide all the features and sections that wouldn't apply to me. You can just ignore those sections if you don't need them, but it'd be nice to be able to pick a setup that only shows you the options relevant to you. Text based UI Steep learning curve Potential for improvements to user experience I have yet to find anything I don't like about it. Nothing to dislike if I am honest. No issues to dislike at the moment.
