They helped us stabilise everything quickly, and when we relaunched 24 hours later, the queuing system worked flawlessly. Every step of the way, their support was quick, clear, and genuinely reassuring. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended. Honestly the support has been the best part. Any question we had, they got back to us fast and actually understood what we were trying to do. Also there are integration guides for basically everything, so setting it up was way less painful than I thought it would be. Cost, Service and Technology. All good, all well explained and a smooth integration process. Great customer care in terms of recommendations to save money. Path-level protection of just the checkout flow; true FIFO queuing with a visible position counter; multiple simultaneous queues per event; scalper-bot filtering; setup took minutes with one line of code; usage-based pricing suits event-driven traffic spikes; responsive support. I appreciate Queue-Fair’s simple portal and the transparent graphs, which provide clear insight during traffic peaks. Adjusting the queue is very straightforward, giving us a great deal of control and confidence during busy ticket sales.
