Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My agency works with a variety of apps and we used to rely on Crashlytics for everything. The problem we kept running into when diagnosing crash reports was not being able to get insight into what happened leading up to the crash. So, we went looking for a tool that had continuous logging. We were recommended Sentry, but they actually don't have continuous logging. After doing some research, we found Bugfender and we've been able to address issues much more effectively. Fortunately, Bugfender is much more affordable than Sentry, which is always a plus. Cons The pricing page was in Euros (not USD) which made me assume the tool wasn't built for US companies. After checking in with the team I was able to confirm they were setup to support US-companies, they just like having Euros to convey that they are compliant with EU privacy standards (which are more stringent than the US).	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Maybe a short list of integrations (but not critical for me) The updated design is user-friendly and easy to write and manage QA documentation. The checklist view allows us to execute tests very quickly. Jira integration is highly useful as our team doesn't need to switch tabs to log bugs. - It is very Easy to setup. - It has Clean UI. - It is very easy to learn. - It can be easily integrated with with other tools like Jira, Pivotal etc. - It is inexpensive. Cons Growing, adding new features No shared steps functionality which is not very convenient. I think there might be some issue with search if you have lots of test cases.
