Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's easier to put on a part time timetable, that's about it for pros.....I've had to type more because the box is asking for 100 characters. There are no more pros. Cons It's very slow and laggy. You have to manually clear n codes. The app isn't matching up with the system, parents on the phone complaining about it constantly. You can't flick between weeks on the register. Sending out attendance letters us extremely long winded and they don't match up with the reg certs even thought it's the same dates. Training videos seem out of date, no one you can contact for support. This system has significantly increased my workload.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Extremely user friendly for administration, instructors and students. Constantly adding new features. Integration with Stripe. Fantastic support team with quick response. DreamClass is an easy-to-use student management system that allows for a small school to have top-of-the-line software. The team sets up video calls, where they share their screens, and go through how to use their program. It is super user-friendly and very aesthetically pleasing. The price initially drew me to the software. It is a fraction of the cost of the alternative we were using before. But the team at DreamClass is what will keep me here as long as I am in charge of our school. They are super responsive to customer feedback, and it is obvious they take pride in their work. The software does all I need it to do now, and there are many features that I anticipate our fledgling school will grow into in the next few years. Additionally, it is much easier to use than much more expensive competitors. Overall user experience is great. We are a professional school with approximately 90 students, after trying other management systems for schools, I chose DreamClass because it is easy to use and intuitive, the general user experience is good. Whether for students, teachers and parents, it is simple and concrete. The customer service is excellent, the team is friendly and always willing to help. The price is affordable for a startup like us, and by not having customization and installation costs like large companies have, it is possible to start using the platform immediately. DreamClass allows us to enroll students online into our microschool program and our summer camp program. We've been able to streamline the process from using three different system to collect payment and registration forms to using this one system. The training videos are super helpful. Cons To meet the character minimum here, I would just like to say there are no cons I can think of quite yet! I would say that the updates (which are great) can be hard to navigate after you start doing things a certain way. When setting up anything from scratch, it can be intimidating, but I found that the DreamClass Team is right there with you. Nothing, but since I have a minimum number of characters to fill, there are a few features that I think could be improved. But I believe Angeliki when she says their team is working on them. I can't think of any cons, since when we have had a technical problem, the technical service has immediately started to resolve it. Some features seem hidden and difficult to find unless you know where to find it.
