Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Box is a platform that makes it its priority to be highly secure when uploading files in it and sharing it with others inside and outside of the platform, and I like that I am able to encrypt all files for more security. When working on files inside of the software, I can easily control the security when collaborating with other members and choose what type of access everyone has. Aside from this security aspect, I also like that it's able to integrate with other well-known security tools like Cisco to ensure a better experience in terms of safety. The best functionality of Box, in my opinion, is in its collaboration features, the digital whiteboard is one of them, because it's very easy to annotate things in different manners during a meeting and build ideas with other team members where there is a big creative process going on. There is a space specifically made for creating and working together on projects and I really love that it's possible to access it on a variety of platforms without the files getting altered, the way the mobile application is designed makes it easier to work on it compared to other solutions. In addition to that, the notes feature is such a great tool to obtain a quick overview of what we'll eventually be working on in a certain project. The best i like about Box is how it provides very high security for our sensitive documents. Permission management is an outstanding and fantastic feature which allows us to control who has access to what information. Box makes it extremely easy to manage important and sensitive documents safely and securely in the cloud. It had a simple and user friendly interface which makes it easy to use. It's a cloud-based solution thus making it very easy to access from anywhere anytime. I use Box daily and it's a brilliant and exceptional tool that allows me to easily and safely manage my documents. It has a very clean and intuitive interface making it easy to use. It provides very high security for my files and i highly recommend it. I like how its advanced encryption ensures that our sensitive data is protected during storage and transfer. In addition, permissions management is another outstanding feature, as it allows us to control who has access to what information, minimizing the risk of data leaks. Box also offers flexibility in collaboration that allows teams to work together efficiently. Cons I don't have a lot of negative things to say about Box, it's a software that does what it promises, although I do have a few things that I would like to point out. Firstly, I dislike that it takes a long time to upload files to the platform, this has never happened with any other tool that requires uploading files to work on the cloud, but for some reason, it happens with Box, we usually do file back-ups from time to time and it takes so long that it becomes inconvenient at some point. Secondly, I don't like that some formats are not supported by Box and some formats are supported but the viewer makes it hard to actually work on the file. If they improve these two aspects, I feel like Box could be a top-tier tool for collaboration on the cloud. There is nothing to mention as a dislike about Box. It's a brilliant and exceptional tool for document management. I use Box daily and till today i haven't experienced any challenges so nothing negative to mention about it. I have been using Box for years now and i can't remember anything that disappointed me so nothing to dislike. While Box is a powerful tool, we have experienced that syncing large files is sometimes slow, which can affect operational efficiency.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We found SamePage to be a great way to apply communication and feedback tools for work collaboration. It provides us with functions including internal chats and video conferencing as well as an internal section for synchronising files of all kinds in the cloud. The most useful feature for our company is the task assignment function in the calendar that is shared with all collaborators. We find this program useful as it offers a full set of collaboration tools to create feedback between employees. It has chat and video call tools and various file sharing. It also offers the option of scheduling group calendars for scheduling tasks. It has a lot of features and you can use it across multiple platforms. You can make a spreadsheet or a text file in it, add images, create schedules and assign tasks, and make a mindmap for brainstorming ideas. You can organize everything into folders, which is nice and there's a board view for tasks. Samepage is an ultimate team collaboration platform. It helped to get everyone on the same page. - The user interface is intuitive and visually beautiful. - Easy to manage tasks. - Simple to set agenda and to-do work from the work planning page. - Collaborative group chat, and multiple task board builder. Samepage increases the collaborative spirit in the team. It helps to accomplish tasks faster with teamwork. On the positive side, it's very easy to send files, communicate and bring the team on one page. Ui is very appealing and user friendly. Cons It is disconcerting that the application does not have an automatic backup of the information that is transmitted through its meeting rooms that are deleted when there is interference of internet connection or unexpected failures in our servers and has made us lose important information of task assignments or attachments. As an unfavorable point we get that it does not provide an option of reservations or backups within the meeting rooms, causing that by some unexpected closure everything previously shared in that room is lost, which leads to a disarticulation of the scheduled tasks or important files already shared. Compared to the more popular, similar software out there, this one seems really lackluster. It has a lot of features, sure, but everything about it looks unpolished. It's nice to have a mindmapping feature, but this one looks like it was something designs from over ten years ago with how unprofessional it looks. I think that's my main gripe with everything about it--it looks dated and unfinished. There aren't many things I disliked about this tool. The message notification not reliably working for me.
