Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Box is a platform that makes it its priority to be highly secure when uploading files in it and sharing it with others inside and outside of the platform, and I like that I am able to encrypt all files for more security. When working on files inside of the software, I can easily control the security when collaborating with other members and choose what type of access everyone has. Aside from this security aspect, I also like that it's able to integrate with other well-known security tools like Cisco to ensure a better experience in terms of safety. The best functionality of Box, in my opinion, is in its collaboration features, the digital whiteboard is one of them, because it's very easy to annotate things in different manners during a meeting and build ideas with other team members where there is a big creative process going on. There is a space specifically made for creating and working together on projects and I really love that it's possible to access it on a variety of platforms without the files getting altered, the way the mobile application is designed makes it easier to work on it compared to other solutions. In addition to that, the notes feature is such a great tool to obtain a quick overview of what we'll eventually be working on in a certain project. The best i like about Box is how it provides very high security for our sensitive documents. Permission management is an outstanding and fantastic feature which allows us to control who has access to what information. Box makes it extremely easy to manage important and sensitive documents safely and securely in the cloud. It had a simple and user friendly interface which makes it easy to use. It's a cloud-based solution thus making it very easy to access from anywhere anytime. I use Box daily and it's a brilliant and exceptional tool that allows me to easily and safely manage my documents. It has a very clean and intuitive interface making it easy to use. It provides very high security for my files and i highly recommend it. I like how its advanced encryption ensures that our sensitive data is protected during storage and transfer. In addition, permissions management is another outstanding feature, as it allows us to control who has access to what information, minimizing the risk of data leaks. Box also offers flexibility in collaboration that allows teams to work together efficiently. Cons I don't have a lot of negative things to say about Box, it's a software that does what it promises, although I do have a few things that I would like to point out. Firstly, I dislike that it takes a long time to upload files to the platform, this has never happened with any other tool that requires uploading files to work on the cloud, but for some reason, it happens with Box, we usually do file back-ups from time to time and it takes so long that it becomes inconvenient at some point. Secondly, I don't like that some formats are not supported by Box and some formats are supported but the viewer makes it hard to actually work on the file. If they improve these two aspects, I feel like Box could be a top-tier tool for collaboration on the cloud. There is nothing to mention as a dislike about Box. It's a brilliant and exceptional tool for document management. I use Box daily and till today i haven't experienced any challenges so nothing negative to mention about it. I have been using Box for years now and i can't remember anything that disappointed me so nothing to dislike. While Box is a powerful tool, we have experienced that syncing large files is sometimes slow, which can affect operational efficiency.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Confluence provides millions of integration and collaboration tools between teams to contribute to each other on important work projects. I like the fact that its platform is an open space to create an exchange of ideas and labor participation to put together marketing campaigns, commercial projects, brand management, strategy planning or whatever we need to do. It allows us to prioritize and put all our ideas in order, traceability allows us to follow up our product step by step, in addition to the fact that thanks to the forums and the creation of reports we have been able to make everything clear and captured to correctly follow the workflow, marked route to achieve the completion of each of our projects. With Confluence we have achieved that all work teams, regardless of the work area, can participate and contribute to each part that makes a project essential, in this way we save a lot of work and time, we can all advance in a single plane, keeping constant the development of our work. Being able to access from our cell phone is important to be able to supervise work progress or collaborate when needed and not in the office, having this has been essential. The cost is also quite comfortable and fits perfectly to what we need. Confluence is a great place to have information quickly accessible for reading and is great for having lots of storage space. It's nice to be able to have one platform for all parts of an engineering company. Being able to create a page from scratch without need for code or developer knowledge is nice. Easy to use. Plenty of integration in the cloud version. All in one product, if you need an integration Probably confluence have it. Confluence seems to me to be a very suitable program for my work, and my results confirm this; with it, I can have very positive editing options. In addition to having many theme features with customization influences that encompass colorful themes. It is fundamental because it has a platform that adapts to the management of files, either heavy or light. Another critical factor is its flexibility and variety; it allows me to have very suitable templates for every circumstance and type of client. Cons The interface can be a bit boring, it would be ideal to have more customization power, edit the background or structure, since it is a bit complicated to find the tools that we need to use, as well as the creation of pages, we do not know how to control the creation much of these and makes the panel too dense, having a better guide and documentation of each aspect of the platform would greatly facilitate understanding and use. Also, when editing documents, the options are limited, it does not provide model templates and the fonts are very few, sometimes we need to expand our possibilities. Until now these have been the limitations that we have had at work, the rest regarding functionality and the real usefulness of the platform has undoubtedly been good. There are little to no features to help separate sections and is not the easiest to navigate. Sometimes the wiki pages can get a little crazy to find or edit. If you don't know the name of what you are looking for, it can be really hard to find. The wiki pages can get a little confusing when trying to set them up. Pretty hard to configure. Text formatting structure "standard" - no cute presentation. The interface is not very graphical, it does not include novelty in its movements, that is to say, it is a little outdated, it is nothing serious but it would be encouraging to update its image. It would also be great if they implemented an alphabetical order in each of its pages, this would facilitate the search.
