	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The features they have, such as integrated Channel Manager, Self Check-in systems (both for mobile phones and also for kiosks), Concierge, and their easy interface has all the 'bang' without the big monthly price. I've been using them for 2 properties since 2003 and the systems only get better each month. Cons I wish their mobile app had more PMS features (and reports!), it's mostly targeting their Concierge system they call MyGuest. But I can load the PMS on my mobile phone, so it's just a little 'squeezed'.
