I was able to navigate the entire interface on my first day. After a few weeks - I could tutor the rest of my colleagues and other workmates at our organization. BigTime has proven to be an invaluable asset to our organization. The software's time and billing features are top-notch, delivering a streamlined and intuitive user experience. The ability to effortlessly track project progress and manage our team's hours has resulted in a significant increase in our overall productivity. Cons Well Overall BigTime a healthy platform but sometimes when I Try to make some changes to our invoice format is sometimes tricky, but the support we receive from the staff has always been great and made things work the way we would like them to. And also I frequently faced trouble adding new jobs into Big Time from Quickbooks and it does require manual adjustments every time. The pricing structure can be a bit steep for small businesses or freelancers. The only issue I've had as a BigTime user and my organization's Chief Financial Officer is the pricing that they offer. For most organizations, it can be pricey - and they do not offer a free trial. There's a bit of a learning curve when first getting started with BigTime, but the company offers plenty of resources to get you up to speed. The reporting capabilities could be a bit more customizable, but this is a minor concern when compared to the wealth of benefits the software provides. Some users may find the process of configuring these customizations to be complex or time-consuming. Simplifying the customization process and providing more intuitive tools for users to personalize their experience would enhance the software's flexibility.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Accounting and timekeeping with B4T is fairly easy. I like how you can log and track multiple timers and if you run over, you can go back and edit it. The accounting features on the most basic plan are also quite good for even more advanced law firms. Even with the basic plan, you don't feel like you're being ripped off, as the account report features are crucial for my law firm, to keep up with collections. Cons The interface itself needs improvement. It looks rather outdated, and at times, it can take quite a while for the site to respond to your request. Additionally, some of the features for more of the more advanced plans should be included in the basic plan as even small firms need access to the feature such as being able to manage your IOLTA.
