Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros BetterCloud combines all data into a single secure scanner platform. It gives you alarm alert if any issue found by BetterCloud. It supports Datadog for analytics integrations. Saved me a ton of time offboarding former employees. It used to be the most tedious task when I would have to offboard a developer(like half of my day...). Now its quick and easy. Plus im a big fan of their permissions managment and gsuite integration, very good looking interface. Cons I'm pretty impressed with its effectiveness. No cons. customer service isnt perfect but I didn't find it to be much of a problem personally.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to install and I love their extension to scan mails and check for active subscriptions. Once it finds them, you are able to automatically put them inside the management table where you just assign an owner. Super easy and great way to add subscriptions! CostLoop provides a clear overview of all recurring subscriptions in one place, helping users avoid forgotten renewals, reduce unnecessary expenses, and stay informed with timely alerts before charges occur. Easy to use and quite easy to install, perfect for smaller companies like us. Also we really like the request features they have which helps us easily decide whether we should approve new licenses or not. Cons Not for enterprises, but for small and medium businesses its perfect The platform depends on users keeping their subscription information up to date, and some advanced budgeting or financial analysis features available in larger finance tools may not be included. To be honest this is our first month of using this software, so we haven't found any cons so far. But we will come back and edit the review if we find any.
