	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Everything works very well and customer support replies very very fast in any situation I had. Hands down! Clean and user-friendly interface. Have calling, SMS, email, all in-built. Integrates wonderfully with other Apps, directly or via Zapier. A++ Support Team!!! Responsive Customer Support: Close’s responsive and helpful customer support team are always ready to assist with any queries or technical issues that may arise. These are just a few of the many advantages that Close offers to businesses aiming to optimize their sales processes and improve customer relationship management. I have used close over the years and I must say that it is one of my favorites. The dialing part of the platform is great. You can text and send emails with just a few clicks and the layout is just simple to follow. The support staff is beyond awesome, they respond usually within the hour or max 2. The issues are resolved within the same working day. Close is great because it’s all one email text call I would recommend this to a friend I would use this for my own shop. Cons Get logged out very often on internet, but maybe it’s my device. Nothing really. Their team is great. They are always deploying new features. Pricing is fair. One drawback of Close, and this is getting very nit picky, could be the absence of certain integrations with niche or specialized software that some businesses might require. This could potentially limit its seamless integration with the entire tech stack of certain companies. Sometimes the audio isn't perfect and the dialing does become slow and laggy. I like everything expect sometimes technical issues.
