Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I found Basecamp as a robust software for the project management cycle. The user interface is incredibly intuitive and highly customizable. Its progress tracker for projects is accurate and real-time. Within this enterprise project management platform, I have seen several positive things that attract me about this platform, due to its great usefulness and the way it allows me to manage projects simultaneously. The things that I liked the most were: 1- One of the main positive features of this platform is that it has a fairly complete prediction system, which is capable of comparing all the results obtained in a specific time, within a project, this allows you to obtain a prediction about the results that you can obtain in this same project in the long term, this helps you a lot when making decisions within each project. 2- I also liked the way Basecamp has allowed me to have complete budget management for each of the projects. This platform provides me with a specific section where I can manage all the resources and all the general budget specific to each project. This is relatively useful for our company, since we are constantly updating the number of projects in our portfolio. Therefore, having a platform that helps us control expenses in each of the projects helps us to reduce costs and generate the same results. 3- I loved the way I can work together with the help of this platform, since it allows me to work on a project together with different employees. The platform allows me to add the number of employees I want for each of the projects. This makes it much easier to compute each project in less time and provides a usefulness of teamwork. 4- I also liked that with the help of this platform, you can see in real time, the tasks that are being executed by each of the employees, in addition, you can also see the history and the record of the tasks that are pending to be executed, in this way you can keep a complete control of the tasks that each of the employees execute within a specific project. Phenomenal and efficient for team collaboration. Astounding with task assignment and prioritization. Effective with task progress visualization. A real-time chat function called Campfire and message boards for asynchronous collaboration are both included in Basecamp. These features improve communication inside the platform by facilitating official and informal team interactions. The main reason why Basecamp is a good option for the administration and management of projects is because this platform has additional functions to manage the capital for each project and thus have a prediction of the results. This capital management feature is great because it allows you to add products, prices, remove repetitive products, gives you unnecessary product suggestions and thus you can save on the preparation of each project. Basecamp allows you to manage all the tasks and manage the status of each one, this will help you to have a continuous monitoring of the fulfillment of each activity related to each project, in addition, Basecamp allows you to manage several projects at the same time, in the main panel you will be able to see the projects that are being executed in each area of your company, is a very powerful tool that supports up to more than 5 projects simultaneously. Cons Had a balanced experience, no major downside to share. In general, I consider that Basecamp has had a very noticeable utility within my technology company, because we are constantly renewing our project portfolio, therefore, this platform is useful to add projects and be able to execute them in less time, in general, this new platform has not provided any type of negative characteristic, in this way we have been able to execute projects without any type of interruption, it favors teamwork and working constantly, since the platform does not have any type of failure within it, we consider that everything is fine within this platform. Basecamp is really good at being simple, but it might not have all of the sophisticated capabilities that come with more sophisticated project management software. Businesses with extremely complex project management requirements could find Basecamp's feature set to be too limited. It is a quite complex platform to use, in addition, users can also present complexity in the initial registration of each employee in the platform, since it must be done individually for each employee, in addition, users must also learn to add relevant information to each task and much more, in general, the platform is very complex to use for the first time. Another negative aspect is the high prices that Basecamp manages, although this aspect has not affected us too much, we do believe that we could obtain better prices in Basecamp's annual plans to have a better ROI.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Hive has an easy-to-use design that makes it simple for both individuals and teams to explore and effectively manage tasks. The way the platform is designed enhances the user experience. It is a great platform for individuals who are serious about their work productivity, with flexible project layouts, native email, resourcing, group messaging, and file sharing, this software connects all aspects of your work. It can be difficult to organise and structure recurrent tasks for a team of writers who create over 1,000 articles every month. Hive is a great way to keep things moving. My writers appreciate how their daily workload is presented in a straightforward and succinct manner. It's also fantastic to be able to add new assignments and shift them around. This software is so clunky and hard to use. I did not find one thing about the software beneficial to our company. I like that Hive offers free trial and is billed at a lower cost per month which is less than $20 per account. Task prioritization and issue tracking is another thing that I like about Hive. Cons Although Hive has a mobile app for access while on the move, some customers have complained about functional restrictions when compared to the web version. There are several aspects that users who rely a lot on mobile capabilities can find lacking. No issues so far since I have been using this software. Lack of personalization It can be a pain in some circumstances. You may need to enlist internal assistance to complete the task at hand. Everything. This software just doesn't bode well as a project manager. It is over two years ever since I incorporated Hive in our organization and I have never encountered challenges even on a single instance.
