Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros In my work we currently implement Vembu for our customers, and Vembu has greatly improved the level of security for our consumers in general. It is fast, easy to use and has attributes that most exceptional backup solutions also have no major difficulties in using. We and our customers are very happy with Vembu. Cons After a vembu web server is synchronized with an online account and, for one reason or another, the administrator's requirements to synchronize the server with an additional online account, the administrator has only a few options. It uninstalls and reinstalls the product to change the web server id and synchronizes with an online account or has a technology support to manually transform it into the data source for them. The other option is not saved, so most of the time, administrators will certainly just uninstall and reinstall, which is often turbulent. The recovery of the vembu web server is complex and would also require an administrator in deep knowledge of how to recover the server.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Background auto-backup process. Easy data restorations. Gives you a platform to save additional copy data in its secure cloud storage. Encrypted backup. - UK only datacentres - a HUGE deal for us, because it helps ensure our data is 100% GDPR compliant and importantly, not subject to dodgy the US Patriot Act (which most providers are) - It's ultra-fast! - Their InstantData feature is brilliant because it means we can access crucial data without waiting for the whole restore - It just works - with minimal interaction from us - The customer support is insane - they're available by phone and email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (do they ever sleep?) - We don't feel worried bout ransomware ruining our business anymore... if it happens (which it might), at least we can just restore our previous backup a never pay a thing Cons I never encountered any problem with this platform. Honestly can't think of a thing - certainly not so far, and we've used them for a few years now
