I therefore consider the advertising misleading and cannot recommend this service. Cons I subscribed to AYMO AI expecting a professional service comparable to Claude Pro and GPT, providing ready-to-use JPEG and PNG images. In practice, the platform does not provide directly downloadable image files and instead requires technical workarounds such as decoding base64 data or recreating designs in external tools. This major limitation was not disclosed in the advertising and makes the service unusable for my needs. I requested a full refund because the service does not provide the functionality advertised. Instead of acknowledging this limitation, AYMO refuses to refund me and appears unwilling to recognize that the advertised service is effectively unavailable. I have also been unable to obtain meaningful customer support or a clear resolution process. I have lost time and productivity trying to obtain basic image files that other paid and even free AI services provide directly. The service does not match what was advertised, yet AYMO refuses to take responsibility or issue a refund. I therefore consider the advertising misleading and cannot recommend this service. Visual and multimodal support means I can work with images alongside text prompts. The interface keeps both output types organized and easy to reference. Cons Pricing tiers could be explained more clearly on the website before you sign up. Data export options for model outputs could be more robust for reporting needs. saving and organizing past conversations could be more intuitive than it is now. Response times vary quite a bit depending on which model you're using at the time Image generation options are still limited compared to dedicated visual AI platforms.
