Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The Plangrid application has been very useful for project management and the activities that will be performed for its completion. It offers tools and allows us to create in detail each task to be performed for such projects. In addition to this, so that the information arrives completely, to each activity we can add a reference photograph or an explanatory video so that the instruction is understood correctly to all collaborators. It is an application that is excellent for issuing short and clear comments and suggestions on a given project site, in addition to which images, audio and video can be used to detail the given observation. In addition, its platform is very simple and provides accessibility to projects quickly. Within Plangrid we generally plan the whole process that will be carried out to build a building. For this we usually use the photo viewer system that is included internally, to review and verify the project plans, and all the observations and notes that are made on top of them, as they can be superimposed with information. Since PlanGrid allows you to work with a completely unlimited number of sheets, it is convenient to be able to overlay sheets with plans and documents over and over again without any problems, allowing you to create new sample content on the work of other employees. The dozer plan only costs $60 per month, and offers 5,000 sheets to work with. Cons We have had difficulties when comparing activities and results with the option of overlapping plans since the application becomes slow or stops sometimes. Similarly, it does not have an offline storage option so employees must remain with a working internet connection or the information stored in the cloud will never be synchronized. If you have poor internet signal, updating and synchronization of the projects displayed in Plangrid on several devices at once can present problems, the platform becomes slow and functions such as overlaying plans when you need to compare activities or results are difficult. The level of synchronization obtained through Plangrid is relatively poor when verifying different plans that are in more than one terminal. When hyperlinks are created within the plans they often do not lead to any web page even if they have already been programmed with a specific destination to which they should lead. The crane plan, as opposed to the dozer plan, is twice as expensive, and despite offering an unlimited number of sheets there are not many improvements in terms of photo and document management. In terms of budget options, Plangrid also doesn't have much to offer by leaving out basic features such as tracking.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love how all the pictures the team takes are automatically added to the job, and that I can quickly search and build a gallery of favorites. This really helps when I'm talking to customers. I really liked the ease of adding leads and how fast it was to schedule my estimators. I'm able to get more done with my leads, know when I need to follow up and refer to any pictures or documents they've submitted to me. The crm is super simple and its built specifically for construction which I love. Projul even has project scheduling and worker deployment features which I've found myself relying on. Now I know where my estimators are and what my field workers are up to. We're able to organize like never before using Projul. The CRM gives us the ability to upload photos directly to a lead, which carries to an estimator then to the service tech in the field doing the work. My field crew loves using Projul because it’s so simple and they always have pictures and know what they are getting into. Once a lead becomes a Project and even after it's completed we have notes of what our team said, access before and after pictures and easily see whether or not we have been back for our complimentary 1 time touch up service. When a job needs to be re-scheduled, it automatically updates the work order I've sent my crew and they get notified immediately. Projul ties a Construction based CRM and job / crew management together like no other software I've seen before. It's incredibly easy to use and very well organized. We found that scheduling tasks is a breeze, the only thing easier is rescheduling or reassigning those tasks! Also, Projul's customer support has been amazing. They are always available and very helpful. Cons I'd like to take groups of photos at the same it, instead of one at a time. The good news is my customer success rep said that this is coming in about a week. It doesn't have in app estimating yet, but my account rep said that it will be coming within the month. That's my only downside. As soon as estimating is available i really wont have any cons for Projul to speak of. I’m not sure it’s a con but it took me a week before I could get my entire team to use it. I should have had Projul years ago... it's amazing. The only thing we are struggling with is missing the ability to include photos and documents, but we've talked with support several times and it sound like that will be available very soon. Also we weren't in love with the the monthly scheduling interface but they updated it a few weeks again and it's amazing! (sorry that's not a Con).
