	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The texting and calling features are user friendly, comparable to other systems. Scheduling feature is nice, easy to use. The basics are there. Easy to use and understand. Everything is intuitive. Easy to set and complete tasks and overdue column is easy to navigate as well. Easy to access support, platform is designed well and user friendly, updates frequently to stay current and keep things flowing smoothly with the CRM Very easy and simple to use. Easy to keep up on all working customers and work new and existing leads that come into our autobase. The system is easy to use and offers all of the essentials needed to manage your customers and database. Cons I find that calls/texts going out are often flagged as SPAM to customers. The percentage of customers not receiving texts and calls is much higher than those that do. There is no "black option" for background/workspace. Other systems I have used have the ability to send a full credit app for customers to complete and return without multiple calls/texts/emails. That would be a time saving plus. I can't really speak on the AI features as I do not use or trust the way it operates, so there's that. In this day and age, faster is better. Yes, it's less personal, but fast results are what people expect, in my experience. I wish you could "unread" tasks from the globe icon, sending videos would be nice, slow to load up sheets when searching by vehicle Nothing comes to mind that I've had issues with at the moment I have no complaints. Sometimes it takes a minute to locate an old lead from years ago but that is usually due to it being logged with a different name or number. No major dislikes or complaints with AutoRaptor. Good customer service! The team was so helpful and made everything very easy.
