Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Setup was easy, support is really good, and maintenance management at our organization is way better than it was before. Much less paperwork now that we use Asset Essentials. Cons A bit of a learning curve but not bad at all and understandable since the software allows us to do so much	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Upkeep gives options to check maintenance and task reports. Upkeep is available on Cross-platform, so it's easy to access. It gives you to start work order and request. It displays a reminder for the maintenance checklist. Cons The request submitted in the checklist gets automatically removed.
