Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It will allow to interact while sending recognition for their overachievements, setting up allowances and having the option to redeem on the same app which makes for an easier way to cash in. It's a good easy way to recognize your colleagues for any help they have provided to you or others in the team. - Assembly has a lot of features that make the whole idea of employee recognition fun and exciting instead of a formality. Couldn't ask for more. Great way to show recognition in the company. Brings awareness to projects/task people within the company are working on. A fun little side tool. It helps in identifying performance objectives and in rewarding the achieved performance objectives of employees. Also something cost effective. Cons The fact that I am having problems while trying to redeem for the first time which makes for an uneasy first impression. I think the only thing about this program is that not many people have used it or use it often. - I just think they should keep improving it over time since people love novelty when it comes to interactive software. Gifs are limited. Hard to track all recognition. Can have a chat feature. No cons that I have experienced so far. Nothing noticeable.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Flow gives a centralized team collaboration platform where we can communicate and manage our tasks from the same screen. One thing I liked best about Flow is that it brings the team closer and make them effective. Flow is a robust campaign management tool. Using and customizing this platform is very simple. It offers multi-management of campaigns and tasks. Campaign planning with collaboration is also made easy with the Flow tool. Cons The Project planning is not easy on this platform. It worked great for me. Nothing to share about the con.
