Pros: It will allow to interact while sending recognition for their overachievements, setting up allowances and having the option to redeem on the same app which makes for an easier way to cash in.

Cons: The fact that I am having problems while trying to redeem for the first time which makes for an uneasy first impression.

Overall: I am very impressed with the layout, and am waiting eagerly for my first cash out. Afterward I will have a better review to offer.

Pros: It's a good easy way to recognize your colleagues for any help they have provided to you or others in the team.

Cons: I think the only thing about this program is that not many people have used it or use it often.

Overall: I think this is a very easy program to use and give incentives for doing well and earning points for prizes, etc. It's fun to see some of the funny post used for recognitions.

Pros: - Assembly has a lot of features that make the whole idea of employee recognition fun and exciting instead of a formality. Couldn't ask for more.

Cons: - I just think they should keep improving it over time since people love novelty when it comes to interactive software.

Overall: One great way to inculcate great culture in your company is to help the employees appreciate each others work from time to time. Assembly is a great tool for that.

Pros: Great way to show recognition in the company.
Brings awareness to projects/task people within the company are working on.
A fun little side tool.

Cons: Gifs are limited.
Hard to track all recognition.
Can have a chat feature.

Overall: I really enjoy using Assembly. I think it has been a great way to communicate with each other. especially during the coronavirus season.

Pros: It helps in identifying performance objectives and in rewarding the achieved performance objectives of employees. Also something cost effective.

Cons: No cons that I have experienced so far. Nothing noticeable.

Overall: It helps in building and structuring the culture of an organization. A very useful and necessary app in improving employee morale and company culture. and also good for the work environment.

Pros: I love being able to send my coworkers funny messages that continue to encourage and uplift them when they may be having a long day. It is a way for everyone to exemplify positivity in the workplace. It also demonstrates kindness and suggests that feedback doesn't always have to be negative. Sending and receiving messages through Assembly Employee Recognition definitely has provided sunshine on rainy days!

Cons: I don't like how the Giphy option closes so quickly during a selection.

Overall: My overall experience with Assembly Employee Recognition has been rewarding, peaceful, and satisfying. It has made "coming to work" another meaningful experience.

Pros: I love that I can select the amount of the reward I am giving and pair it with an acknowledgment that everyone can see in the feed. It makes it extra special and feels much more like positive feedback. We all need more positivity!!

Cons: I do not dislike anything about this program. I have no complaints or improvement ideas, as I feel it is a really great system to use to reward and acknowledge employees.

Overall: I have found that Assembly is a great feedback tool and really helps to cultivate a positive culture without our company. It is very easy to use and takes only seconds to acknowledge someone and reward them for a helping hand or a job well done. I love being able to leave immediate feedback. I feel it really provides encouragement for all of us to keep working hard.

Pros: I like being able to attach a GIF to a recognition. I also like how easy it is to use Assembly. Due to Covid-19 I like the option of being able to give co workers recognition.

Cons: I would like more options to get points redeemed and also more ways to get points redeemed.

Overall: Overall I like being able to use assembly and how easy it is to navigate through. I still miss spirit dollars because they were more personalized.

Pros: You can recognize someone and others can comment on it to let them know they are doing an outstanding job!

Cons: There is nothing that I did not like about this software it is user friendly.

Overall: The easy of using this makes you want to use it. The gift cards are great incentives for all employees.

Pros: I lets me reward my team mates who go above and beyond. I love the ability to attach badges and gifs. It makes the overall experience more fun.

Cons: We had a habit of giving carrots, so the change was a bit awkward.

Overall: Would recommend to colleges and other companies. It really does make a difference in terms of improving the overall cultural stance of the company.

Pros: I love Assembly and its easy way to reward everyone in my company that has helped me or done a great job. I love how it celebrates milestones, like our anniversaries and birthdays. The addition of the gif pictures to the rewards and comments is a great feature. I am glad my company is rewarding us through Assembly, it shows appreciation for the little/big things at work.

Cons: Sometimes there is a glitch with rewarding others, but Assembly does a great job of fixing any errors.

Overall: I love that my company has this reward system in place. It's a great Morale booster, especially in this unprecedented time. Assembly is a great reward website for all companies.

Pros: This tool really creates a place to encourage positive feedback for co-workers. In general I think it boosts morale and I like that it gameifies this type of positivity.

Cons: This may be more of a way that my company is choosing to implement this. I'd like to see more long-term gamification rewards. Maybe that could be encouraged in the set up screens. Like if you save up your points to an extremely high amount you get like a 3% salary bump or something really worth working towards.

Overall: Super positive. We have our Assembly rigged to Slack so we can all respond to feedback with emojis and memes, it has really been a great thing that I think everyone enjoys.

Pros: Easily recognize employees with trophies and the use of GIF's is a blast. I love having trophies to give to my awesome co-workers and seeing how many I earn for good performance.

Cons: I have personally not experienced any cons while working with this platform.

Overall: I was super excited when our company switched to this platform. So easy, so fun, and very rewarding.
