Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It will allow to interact while sending recognition for their overachievements, setting up allowances and having the option to redeem on the same app which makes for an easier way to cash in. It's a good easy way to recognize your colleagues for any help they have provided to you or others in the team. - Assembly has a lot of features that make the whole idea of employee recognition fun and exciting instead of a formality. Couldn't ask for more. Great way to show recognition in the company. Brings awareness to projects/task people within the company are working on. A fun little side tool. It helps in identifying performance objectives and in rewarding the achieved performance objectives of employees. Also something cost effective. Cons The fact that I am having problems while trying to redeem for the first time which makes for an uneasy first impression. I think the only thing about this program is that not many people have used it or use it often. - I just think they should keep improving it over time since people love novelty when it comes to interactive software. Gifs are limited. Hard to track all recognition. Can have a chat feature. No cons that I have experienced so far. Nothing noticeable.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros One of the main things that I liked about Guusto is the way it allows me to send awards immediately to each of my employees, I love the way in which I can send various awards, not only monetary, but I can also send awards with badges, as recognitions, this very intuitive way of recognizing the effort of my employees, I liked it a lot because I can maintain recognition depending on the objectives achieved, in addition, I also love the way in which I can send awards in different ways, since the platform allows me to send various gift cards, I can send gift cards for online stores or for use in mobile device stores, there are many methods or a lot of variety in the way in which I can send awards to my employees, thanks to this platform. Another thing that I liked is that this platform has a ranking system, which automatically positions the employees who are in my company, the positioning depends on the number of recognitions that each employee has achieved, therefore, this motivates my employees to strive even harder to achieve many more achievements to improve the ranking in the leaderboard. This platform also allows me to view in real time the status of the claim of the gift card sent, I can check if the employee has correctly used the gift card that was previously sent to him. Another fantastic feature of this platform is that it allows you to create recognitions from scratch, you can create badges with your own design to have a unique design in the recognitions that you give to each of your employees, this is great because you can have your own design for your badges and achievements. Another thing I liked about this platform is that it doesn't charge me any kind of commission for each award or recognition sent to my employees, this is great, since every dollar in my employees' award goes directly to them, which is great because I don't have to spend on commissions to be able to send these recognitions. Everything ok with the service center near me the company that I have seems to take a little longer to get gift cards out otherwise that it's a good service I love it sometimes it's hard to understand it... I liked how you can show appreciation in private or public to the employee who doesn’t get recognition for their work. Guusto is very easy and powerful employees data management product and on human resource management this system is excellent. Easy data analytics creation and on financial data management Guusto is incredible. 1). Easy to use and navigate. 2). Options for changes and editing. 3). Great Functionality. 4). Good Customer relationship. Cons Guusto has behaved wonderfully, I really don't have any kind of complaint about this platform, in general, its recognition sending service is great, since it sends notifications to employees every time they receive a new award within their Guusto business profile, in addition, this platform is also capable of sending automatic awards on the holidays or birthdays of each of our employees, which helps our employees to be even happier working in our company. For now, I have been using this platform for over a year to reward the efforts of my employees, and I must admit that I have not had any problems sending recognition and awards to employees. The platform has always worked correctly and we have had a quick response to each of the awards sent. Need to get more gift cards online, I had no other words to say but good job hope they keep up the good work so my company can stay with them for another year or two. It should have a withdrawal system where you can withdraw money instead of getting a gift card etc. No issues at all on Guusto functionalities and its performance is productive. Nothing really much. Except having to manually effect some changes to some features.
