	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use. It has all the functions needed to effectively manage a dataroom. I would highly recommend It is user friendly and rich in functionality. Users find the data rooms intuitive and simple. I am also happy with the support provided when needed. Great data security, ideal for confidential information to be stored and shared. Intuitive design, operational effectiveness, and value for money. I liked Firmex Virtual Data Room for its clear, easy-to-use design. It's simple to navigate and manage documents, and the support team is quick to help. Overall, it's a reliable and user-friendly tool for secure data storage. It is an easy way to share confidential documents with multiple parties, track user activity, answer Q&A and customize permissions for each folder. Cons Cannot download files with watermark based on a specific user's access No cons that I can think of. Overall happy with the product and the service No significant issues or concerns. Has been a great experience. I did not have any major issues while using Firmex Virtual Data Room. Some back-and-forth was needed for our particular needs in terms of users and space, but that wasn't a software issue; it was more of a communication gap.
