Pros: Was easy to learn and onboard other team members. user interface is clean. has all the necessary key features.

Cons: I have had no issues with the platform and will continue to use it.

Overall: Overall, been very pleased with the software, and so has the rest of my team. Also customer support is helpful when needed.

Overall: My company used DealRoom and it's the quickest I've ever caught on to a new software. Some of these data rooms can be very complex, confusing, and overpriced. That was not the case with DealRoom.

Pros: Very user friendly (even for first time users).
Most useful and helpful features that other providers to not offer.
Team is responsive and easy to work with.

Cons: N/A - preferred platform of choice with most helpful / user-friendly features.

Overall: Used all providers previously, however exclusively use DealRoom since switching. Most user-friendly platform with best features.

Pros: Super user friendly, not overly complicated, and relatively inexpensive. I would recommend this to anyone who wants an easy to use data room for their client at a relatively affordable price. Our clients seem to also have no issues with the deal room platform.

Cons: The platform doesn't have all the perks of some platforms such as the question and answer features, CIM and teaser watermarking capabilities, and other items, but in my everyday experience I usually prefer ease of use over some of these items I just mentioned.

Overall: I have had a great experience overall with deal room. My coworkers also like the ease of use the platform provides and our customers really like the affordability of the platform. I would recommend deal room.

Cons: - At the beginning it was not fully intuitive in the way of usage.
- The pricing is for smaller companies challenging.

Overall: As a user I am happy with DealRoom and I believe it will save us time keeping the docs together.

Pros: The task tracking has assignees, reviewers, due date, priority. From a project management standpoint, it is pretty comprehensive. Permissions are easy to adopt. The business users like it.

Cons: There is not a board feature to visually present progress like Trello or Jira that is often used in Agile Project Management.

Overall: Overall we've been happy. I can easily follow up with stakeholders and ensure that they are receiving notifications.

Pros: Secure. Fairly straightforward. Taught myself the administration of the product without much trouble.

Cons: Nothing really but the price.

Overall: Overall a good, solid experience. Nothing incredible, but certainly nothing to complain about. Price was a little high for the volume of activity on our site. Might be a better value for heavier users.

Pros: -Al the features to manage an entire deal, integration, and deals pipeline
-The security it offers is only matched by a handful of other software, but without all the features
-Easy to use

Overall: Amazing product with great support. Fully recommend it if cost is not an issue (although a good selling point is that it can help you close a deal faster so it pays for itself).

Pros: Importing requests is quite easy with the excel feature and it's nice being able to control who can see what.

Cons: The excel feature could use some work. If I imported an excel sheet it was a 50/50 chance of it actually working.

Overall: It's a great tool, but it needs work and more predictability. Clients would occasionally complain about not being able to see something, but when it did work, it worked very effectively.

Pros: Able to see all tasks that are going on in one place and also see items that are assigned to me with more ease.

Cons: I receive way too many email alerts and I stop to view if it pertains to me.

Overall: Overall, I believe it to be a great product to use in our corporation since we have so many acquisitions going on at once.

Pros: I found that navigating the DealRoom was very user friendly. A great deal of training is not needed to get started.

Cons: I did not experience any cons since I have been using DealRoom.

Overall: I would recommend the DealRoom to anyone in need of this type of service. Excellent quality, would definitely recommend!

Pros: Does what it advertised for. I don't often use it but it's a basic program that can be picked up quickly.

Cons: The icons can be a little bigger. Would make it easier to see.

Overall: It's ok. Nothing to brag about but works the way it is advertised. Easy interface and lots of support options.

Pros: DealRoom features an easy to use interface, with all the the extra features I want, from being able to download documents with the index number and name intact or being able to filter by "new."

Cons: Occasionally, if a batch download is too large the index number and names do not correctly download, but this is rare.

Overall: DealRoom is one of the best, if not the best data room I have used, and I've had experience with 7-10.

Pros: DealRoom is an excellent resource for organizing and managing the due diligence process. I use it principally for M&A transactions, where it's important to make large volumes of documents readily accessible and also to carefully restrict access. DealRoom handles both tasks very well.

Cons: The user interface could be improved to enable more drag and drop functionality.

Overall: Overall, I have had a very positive experience using DealRoom to manage the due diligence process.

Pros: Very intuitive interface makes locating and downloading documents very easy. In addition, the new document notification and proactive features of DealRoom is fantastic. I have been dealing with virtual data rooms since their inception, and I am really impressed with this product.

Cons: I have not found any flaws in the DealRoom product.

Overall: DealRoom is a well designed product from the customer experience to the backend that handles processing time other features such as uploading. I am very impressed with this product.

Pros: Instant notifications, easy to sort and search info, user-friendly. simple to use and navigate, overall high rating.

Cons: I have seen a dataroom where you can upload information request list, so a company may update/close and comment on requests directly and see if any documents were uploaded for that particular request. Super convenient! it would be nice to set different notifications for different deals/ projects.

Overall: Better than many others datarooms. Although, as I indicated above, there are several features that can be improved.

Pros: It was easy to use, received emails when new data was available and if I was in the data room I was able to look at those documents that were recently added.

Cons: Initially it did not leave me signed in long enough so that is I left it idle it would kick me out. I sent an email and the problem was fixed.

Overall: I have dealt with a number of data rooms and the organization of the data and the viewing of the information available was convenient.

Pros: Easy to use, great features, a lucid design and workflow with 24/7 support at affordable pricing. Easy to use design makes it better than other softwares.

Cons: Response time can be improved for the support services for the firm.

Overall: 9/10 for a high performance VDR tool for a deal administrator. Like the M&A community essence associated with the product.

Pros: DealRoom has made project management between different agencies a breeze. The portal is very intuitive and easy to use. I was able to log in and immediately begin working on projects without a learning curve.

Cons: There really isn't much to like with DealRoom. The only thing I would want more out of the platform is the ability to track progress on items that are outstanding.

Overall: My experience has been fantastic. DealRoom has helped to streamline and maximize efficiency in areas of my job that were formerly very cumbersome.

Pros: Overall the product has great technology and user interface. It is very easy to use and work with for all projects. Lots of great functionality too - great product overall!

Cons: Generally the product works great and there are little issues or challenges.

Overall: Overall my experience with the user interface and product were top notch! The service and experience working with the team has always been a pleasure and so helpful during busy deal activity - definitely helps stay organized and enhance work on deal!
