The integration with Jira allows seamless ticket-to-asset linking, boosting efficiency. Customizable reports provide clear insights into asset performance, helping us optimize budgets. The support team is responsive and proactive, quickly addressing queries and even implementing feature suggestions, which enhances our workflow significantly. I'm finding it very useful for storing all my asset inventory and associating the corresponding JIRA tickets. I had to send a query to support for some questions and the response was quick and adequate to my needs. AssetLoom has been really helpful in keeping track of all our IT assets in one place. The interface is straightforward, and I can quickly find details about devices, software, and warranties without digging through spreadsheets. The reports are also useful for seeing what needs to be replaced or updated. Cons While AssetLoom excels overall, the initial setup took a bit longer than expected due to customizing fields for our diverse assets. The mobile app could also use a slight speed boost for on-the-go updates. Minor gripes, but worth noting. it will be better if we can automatically import assets rather than preparing a CSV file to import. Setting everything up at the start took some time, especially with a large number of assets. It would also be nice if there were more integrations with other software we already use.
