Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • What i like about any.do is its ability to manage tasks swiftly and never missing out on any of our set deadlines. I also like the ability to prioritize tasks with the most important ones on the top. Creation of tasks and assigning them is an easy task. With the to-do lists it becomes easy to check off tasks that are completed to avoid repetition of tasks. Any.do is all about simplicity in managing tasks.
  • The user interface is clean and organized. Any. do has simplified how we manage tasks by helping us create tasks and assign them to teams to keep us on top of our game. Reminders have enabled not to miss out on important tasks. The to-do lists enable us to stay organized by planning our daily, weekly and monthly tasks. It has eliminated ending up with jobs that are unfinished due to teams overwhelmed with projects. Any.do has empowered teams to stay productive and more focused on time.
  • You can organize by work, personal, and grocery items. I like that the grocery list is right there on the main screen to access. There are a handful of color themes available in the premium version. Your calendar can be auto-sync and there's integration with other apps, like Teams.
  • Simple to use To do list & task organizer Calendar with reminders Cross platform & device sync Free to use Good browser plugin Available on almost all devices
  • #1- Any.do is a personal assistant for task management. #2- Any.do can be integrated with the Slack app. Makes works and task management easy. #3- It comes with automated bot commands to check and ask for recent tasks.

Cons

  • I have nothing to complain about the software. We have been able to stay focus on all our tasks.
  • Checking off tasks ends up unfinished and i am forced to manually delete the tasks.
  • It's not really for project management beyond really simplistic stuff. This app is definitely geared more toward personal use than business, and that's fine. I don't feel like the premium version is really worth it considering it's just barely above the most basic of to do list apps in terms of functionality.
  • Lacks advanced features for task management Lacks integration with many popular apps
  • #1- Nothing to dislike about Any.do, it makes our management easy.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Google Calendar is a service that began to be present in this company mainly because it was very important for us to have an organization for each of our plans, for different dates of the month. This platform emerged as the main solution to organize it correctly within the planning. of activities, meetings or events for specific dates. One of the first things I liked about it anyway is how affordable its plans are, as it charges very little money for the basic plan for each user per month, compared to other platforms that charge you more than double what Google charges. Calendar for a monthly subscription. The main reason why Kat takes note of these prices is because I was very impressed that we could have an administration of each of the events for specific dates without having to pay so much money, access to Google Calendar was quite accessible with respect to the prices that they offered us, I really loved the number of affordable plans that this platform offered me, it is very cheap compared to platforms like Calendly. The main feature that I liked in relation to the functions of this platform is that it offered me immediate synchronization with all the schedules that were carried out in my company's calendar, that means that all the schedules are synchronized in real time, I can view the calendar and see all the schedules for events, meetings or activities that involve our entire company for specific dates, the business plan offered me Google Calendar allows me to have a real-time view of all the schedules of my company, for For example, if a colleague has registered a new schedule for five days from now, I can view that schedule immediately from the Google Calendar application on my mobile phone, this helps me a lot since I can register any type of event or schedule for a date and all my employees will be aware of that event and the date and time to be held, in this way they can attend immediately. Another of the features that I liked about this platform is the excellent notification and alert system that it has, since every time I have created a schedule for a specific date within Google Calendar for companies, the notification and a half of the application of the mobile phone of each one of my employees, in addition, they also receive a notification in their emails, which helps each one to be informed about all the planning that is done within this company calendar. Another feature that I liked about this platform is its access within the web version within a browser, since I can access my calendar using a browser, this is impressive since Google Calendar is not only available for mobile devices, but also that you can also manage and plan new events or meetings for specific dates using my computer, in addition, Google Calendar has an excellent synchronization system between devices, therefore, all the grades that you make from the computer will be fully displayed from my version for mobile devices.
  • Interview, meeting and time block scheduling is so easy to do. The best thing about Google calendar is how it is integrates with so many platforms. I love being able to use Calendly, Greenhouse, Google Meet, etc. and how easy it is use the Google calendar on these platforms.
  • I like that Google Calendar is tightly integrated with the google mail, chromeOS and android platforms. The ability to view multiple calendars at the same time helps keep my personal and business schedules well sorted out. The ability to share/delegate calendars is helpful for an assistant or other team member. Within our organization it helps with organizing/scheduling meetings. I like the ability to configure reminders as "Notifications" and "Emails".
  • Free software to manage multiple calendars. Super easy to ad multiple users. Works on so many different platforms.
  • - I love the way most stuff on android has an option that lets you add a reminder to your Google Calendar. It makes it so easy to just press it and not worry about forgetting it.

Cons

  • One of the main negative features of this platform is that it does not have variety when it comes to choosing some colors for the tasks or events that you add for a specific date, there is currently a function to choose the density and set of colors for each event that you register within the calendar, however, the only two options available are the modern style and the classic style, since it adds a white text to Black text to the planning that you make, however, you cannot add text with a color of free choice, you cannot choose the color you want for this rating you are doing. The second negative thing that this platform has is that it does not have an attendance confirmation system for each of the events that was entered into my calendar, it is very easy to avoid events and add descriptions and reminders for the people who will participate in this event However, currently there is no system for these participants to confirm their attendance for the event, this function is relatively necessary since it would help to avoid no-shows at our events, in addition, it would help us to send reminders only to people who have confirmed their support for our event. The third negative thing about this platform is that you cannot share an event that you have registered within your calendar, to an external platform, for example, you cannot share an event plan to a communication channel like WhatsApp or Telegram, it would be excellent to be able to use the Google Calendar mobile app and share all these events immediately with my messaging apps, currently this feature is available, as I can only create events and add the participants to send reminders and invitations, but I can't send the creation of that event through messaging applications.
  • The one con that I can think of is how slow my Google Calendar app on my phone syncs. There are many times a meeting is added or cancelled on my calendar that shows up on my computer, but not on my phone. I can't rely on my app 24/7.
  • With Google Apps for business the calendar function automatically adds a google handouts link which causes confusion for clients/potential clients if I don't go in and turn off the hangouts.
  • Honestly can’t think of any. Doesn’t integrate well with Microsoft outlook. Other than that great software.
  • - I have not observed any downsides of the Google Calendar so far.
